These terms govern your use of the LBP Compliance website and the RCR preparation worksheet. By using this site, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

1. About these terms

This website is operated by LBP Compliance ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply to all visitors and users. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. The RCR worksheet is a preparation tool

The Risk and Compliance Return worksheet on this site is a data-collection and preparation aid only. It is designed to help you gather and organise your answers before you submit your return to the Financial Intelligence Centre.

• The worksheet does not submit any return to the FIC. The FIC accepts submissions only through its goAML platform.
• You remain solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and timely submission of your own Risk and Compliance Return.
• Using the worksheet does not, by itself, create a professional or advisory relationship with us.

3. Not legal advice

The content on this site, including the worksheet and any general information about the FIC Act, Directive 11 or the RCR, is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal or compliance advice. For advice specific to your circumstances, you should engage us or another qualified professional directly.

4. Consultations and fees

If you book a consultation with our team, the following applies:

• Consultations are billed at an hourly rate, in 15-minute increments, depending on the seniority required and the nature of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• You book an initial period (typically one hour). Actual time spent is invoiced after the session.
• Payment terms will be set out in our invoice. A separate engagement letter may govern more substantial work.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the site lawfully, and not to misuse, copy, or attempt to disrupt the site or its services. The information you enter into the worksheet is your responsibility to keep accurate.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design, and worksheet on this site are owned by or licensed to LBP Compliance and are protected by applicable law. You may use the site and download your own completed worksheet for your own compliance purposes, but you may not reproduce or redistribute our materials without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the worksheet or reliance on general information on this site, including any penalty or sanction arising from a late, incomplete or inaccurate RCR submission. Our responsibility for advice arises only where you have formally engaged us and is governed by the terms of that engagement.

8. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
